However, I saw something about “by appointment on Saturday”, so I am concerned.
We are currently ‘stuck’ in South Korea until Saturday and the time difference is 19 hours with Hawaii behind. I am going to try calling to find out for sure.

Most enrollment centers do NOT. Booked solid for months. Look for cancellations.
